These link pages are run by Daybed Records (Daybed Records Pty Ltd, ABN 16 692 053 713), an independent record label in Adelaide, South Australia ("we", "us"), for the artists we work with. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the pages.
Using the pages
You can use these pages for your own, personal, non-commercial use. Please do not:
- try to break, overload, or get around the security of the pages;
- copy or collect content or data from them in bulk, for example with automated tools;
- sign anyone else up to a mailing list, or use a false email address;
- use the pages for anything unlawful.
We may block access for anyone who misuses the pages.
Mailing lists
If you join a mailing list, you agree to receive emails from the artist and Daybed Records about music, shows and merch. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. Mailing lists are for people aged 16 or over. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other services
Our pages link to other websites and apps, such as streaming services, video sites, ticket sellers and stores. We do not run those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, prices, tickets or purchases. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Content and trade marks
Artist names, logos, artwork, music, videos and other content on these pages belong to the artists, Daybed Records or their licensors. You may view and share links to the pages, but please do not copy, change or reuse the content without permission.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep every page and link correct and working, but release dates, show details and links can change, and pages may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or remove any page or content at any time.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or changed.
Our liability
These pages are provided free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the pages or of any service they link to.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and the courts of South Australia have jurisdiction.
